When it comes to mass production, customers often worry about the quality of the products. We understand the concern, thus we have a dedicated Quality Assurance department working around the clock to ensure the quality of the plastic products. We implement quality checking to every process we do. From Moulding, Printing to Assembly, every part and component is inspected before they are delivered to our customers. This process ensures there are no quality issues when the products are received from us. Types of testing done by the Quality Assurance department varies from Appearance, Dimension, Fixture, Stress test or Impact test. Apart from the basic inspection, we attempt to fulfill our customer's requests if they have any unique tests that needs to be done to their products.
