Main Cabinet
The main cabinet (top left) is made with Insert Moulding process, with a Brass Nut inserted during the injection moulding process. The product is then applied with a Tampo Printing process to ink the Company Logo. Alongside the main cabinet, the Front Glass (bottom left) and Antenna Cover (top right) is manufactured by BPP. The front glass is then printed by using silk screen printing process
Back Cabinet
The back cabinet (left) utilizes the process of Insert Moulding and Double Shot injection moulding. Brass nuts are inserted during the first injection moulding process. During the second injection moulding process a layer of elastomer is injected to seal the part tightly to make it water resistant. when assembled. Hence the part has a water resistance rating of IP67.
The battery cover (right) is to be assembled within the cabinet. incorporated into the cover are 2 sliders which acts as a locking mechanism when the cover is attached to the cabinet.
Holder & Hook
This is the part which holds the Walkie Talkie. Consisting of the main holder and the belt hook, the components are manufactured and assembled by BPP. during assembly, the parts are riveted together with a custom made jig. The end result is a rotatable Holder attached to a belt hook.
