INJECTION MOULDING

Injection Moulding

Bandplus Precision Plastic is an injection moulding manufacturer. We operate 24 hours daily to meet the output requirement of our customers. We currently own a total of 34 Injection Moulding machines, of which 7 are Double Shot injection machines. We manufacture Telecommunication, Automotive, Electrical and Electronic products. We specialize in manufacturing Double Shot injection moulding, sometimes known as 'Double Colour' Injection. Generally, it is a more complex process but it yields parts with more functionality or has better bonding between two materials or colours. At BPP, supplying the best plastic parts to please our customer remains as our first priority. We anticipate to build a lasting business partnerships with our customers.

SINGLE SHOT INJECTION

Process of manufacturing plastic parts with only one type of material or colour. Common types of plastic material used for injection moulding is PC, ABS, TPE, PP, PA, PMMA and POM. The process is quick and can produce a large quantity of plastic parts. We own 27 single shot plastic injection machines, ranging from 55 to 450 Tonnage Clamping Force.

DOUBLE SHOT INJECTION

A more complex process to yield plastic parts using double shot injection mould and machine. This process is usually used to produce plastic parts with more than one materials or colours.  Commonly manufactured products using this process are Automotive and Electronic products. This process requires two specially designed moulds for one plastic part. We own 7 Double shot injection machines, from 120 Tonnage to 250 Tonnage clamping force.

INSERT MOULDING

Similar to Single Shot Injection Moulding, but an additional process is added before the plastic part is produced. An additional foreign component is 'inserted' into the mould before the injection process starts. The foreign component will be incorporated into the yield product itself. Commonly used for products that require an additional metal nut. This process can be carried out on both Single Shot and Double Shot injection moulding.
